Dealer will provide it's highest customer service to Big Sarge buyers.
QUALITY OF WORK
All work (e.g. sale process, services) will be performed at the highest workmanship available in the industry. All dealer employees in position to serve Big Sarge customers will be aware of this requirement.
PROFESSIONALISM
Only professionally trained employees in their field within the dealership will be allowed to interact with Big Sarge customers during the sales and/or vehicle service process in relation to the need at hand.
FAIR FINANCIAL DEALINGS
Advertised prices will be honored without question. Negotiable items will be done in good faith and fair manner. Only knowledgeable ''auto finance' staff will be allow to guide buyer in financial decisions relating to vehicle purchase.
